  1. It is water weight.

  2. You also have to watch what you eat and your exercising...

  3. you'll be all right, water is the healthiest thing

  4. Your retaining water

  5. um water weight

  6. its probably water weight

  7. It is probably just water like everyone else says....heres a tip for you.....Drink water at room temperature in the morning then eat a grapefruit. The water and acid in the grapefruit will help to clean out the build up of waste inside you, IE undigested food etc. My friend who is a GB thinks I could have up to 12KG of this. I'm 30 years old, 6 ft 1' and about 120KG. I've been doing this for just a few days and I already notice a difference.

  8. water weight, honey.

    it will go away.

  9. Women tend to retain water.

    Do you exercise?

Make sure you exercise at least 30-60 minutes a day.

Don't drink TOO much water! lol.

  10. It's water weight.

It's normal and its temporary until your body gets used to it.

Two cups of water weighs one pound, so if you've been hydrating yourself regularly (alot) then you'll definitely see an immediate and temporary gain in your weight.

However, not drinking enough water actually causes the body to retain fluid, which can also lead to a temporary weight gain.

You are better at loading up on the water intake. Don't stop. The weight gain will not hold.

  11. You might be retaining water. Lower your sodium intake and dont over drink the water. Switch to only water and stop drinking sodas or high sugar juices or energy drinks (i think they are disgusting lol)

  12. It's all water weight. As long as you don't see yourself getting fatter you're probably going to be either staying the same or losing weight. Don't get so fixated with the scale, my weight flucuates up to 15 pounds or more every week depending on how much water I drink and if I go to the bathroom before I weigh myself, etc.

  13. water weight. I think it will go away soon!

  14. if you drink too much water you'll get a kidney stone. just eat healthy and lightly and excersice a lot.

  15. This weight could be because of Water... which u can reduce very easily.

    See the below link

  16. If your body is not used to the hydration, then it will automatically retain the water that you drink.  Don't worry about it, this is normal.  Once your body doesn't think that it is fasting, it will let go of the excess water.

Make sure you eat healthy, and exercise regularly too! :)
