can i add the word international to my school name?

I think there are issues with doing that... It confuses AMS with AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and there may be some sort of rules against that. Who are you going to register your school with? If you want to register with AMS, make sure you contact them to see what their regulations are on this. I'm going to be doing my training with AMI and I know there are regulations with them on what you can and cannot name your school.

I would check with AMS, but to the best of my knowledge, there should not be a problem with it.  Remember AMS is an International organization and has schools in different parts of the world besides America, including Taiwan and Korea.

A Montessori program in my area uses the International title because the teachers have been trained in Italy at the Montessori Internationale Training program. otherwise, they could not use it
