  1. a lot of people take a low-dose (81 mg) aspirin, once a day.

    aspirin is a natural anticoagulant

  2. I was going to suggest garlic also, but I'm not sure how well the garlic pills work. I think the best garlic to take is REAL garlic. You do need to chew it up, you can't just dice it fine and swallow. The volatile oils must be released to work, and that only happens with chewing.

Another thing to try is Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). You need to use ORGANIC ACV, like Bragg's. You can get it at a health food store. Drink a shot of it with each meal. Do these two things religiously for 3 months. Then have your blood retested.

  3. fish oil supplements might help

  4. As a rule of thumb, stay away from green leafy vegetables.  Many contain vitamin K which is known to act as a coagulant.

  5. You don't give any specifics about your condition so obviouslty this advice is only if you are not at serious risk of a clot forming in your heart (causing heart attack) or brain (causing stroke).

Ginkgo biloba reduces blood platelet clotting. It has great circulatory benefits to the brain, heart, lungs and peripheral areas of the body, ie the limbs.

    Garlic. Ginger root.

Turmeric is an amazing heart and blood tonic. It thins the blood healthily when taken internally. But sprinkle it on a cut and it will stop the bleeding.

Cayenne or chillies are also proven anticoagulants. Studies show that they reduce blood clotting time but need to be taken on a regular basis. Thai people eat chillies 2 to 3 times daily and they have one of the lowest rates of cardiovascular disease in the world.

My suggestion is Ginkgo tablet or tincture at a dose advised by the professional who sells it to you.

Plus turmeric drinks - 1 teaspoon of turmeric powser in warm water (or vegetable cooking water) twice daily. Not unpleasant.

In addition, have plenty of garlic in the diet. Learn to like curries if you don't already.

Drink adequate water during the day.

The herbs I mention are so effective that they are contraindicated with Warfarin (Coumadin) which is a powerful blood thinning drug. I'd rather try the herbs first and only take drug therapy if all else fails.

  6. Sounds like you're basically looking for an herbal blood thinner.  Have you tried garlic pills?

  8. from dracula learn to suck dilute blood or take aspirin ,
