I am flying from Detroit to Spain (Stopovers in Toronto and NY) and I have a 1 hour stopover at Toronto airport.

Do I have enough time to visit some relatives in Scarborough, Ontario?

  1. No one hour is not nearly enough time to get there and back.  Why not have them meet you at the airport and visit with them for an hour between flights?

  2. No, you will not have enough time to get to Scarborough and back.  Have your family meet you at the airport and have coffee or drinks.

  3. Scarborough is on the other side of the city--about 30 miles away.  You wouldn't stand a chance of making your connector.

  4. No, you don't for sure.  You may have only barely enough time to get from one plane to the next.  You probably don't have time for the family meeting the previous poster suggested.  Even a slight delay in your flight time from Detroit would make it a rush to get to your next flight.  Toronto Airport can be hectic.

  5. no but maybe Etobicoke

  6. tuppenybitz hit it head on. You will be rushing to make your connecting flight even without leaving the airport. Especially if you need to change terminals. I have been through many airports all over the world and Pearson is one of the most disorganized.

    Have a wonderful trip.

  7. noway will you have enough time you would need to wait to get your luggage and that could take an hour. If you had your luggage checked right thru to Spain from Detroit there is noway you are leaving that airport without it and there is noway they are going to go get it for you. enjoy an 8 dollar beer and relax

  8. in one hour you will be lucky to make your connecting flight
