I have stress and it's starting to show!?!???!?

Hi

I'm 15 and I've got stress that has come on this past Monday. I don't have stress about boyfriends, cliques I'm not in or anything like that which other teenagers would have right now, but family issue stress. And now I've got a bunch of zits on my face. I occasionally get a pimple every now and then but now it looks like i was a target in a paint ball war. What are some quick fix stress relievers so all of this can go away? thank you sooooooooooo much!!!!

  1. When you are stressed, you will start seeing physical signs of it (hince the bumps). Try to stay away from sodas, junk food and try the following relaxing techniques daily to avoid stress:http://buzz.prevention.com/community/taw...

    Also, take a bath or do yoga. They are great for stress.


  2. What helps me is to write all my anger down in a diary or talk to a good friend who I can trust. It helps to get your anger out. But if the problems really bad I recommend talking to a counsler.

  3. take yoga or pilates.

    also take a few minutes of every day,

    to just sit down or lie down and just relax

    (( dont try to think about anything just relax))

    face masks are great stress relievers.

    buy a bottle at a local store

    and do it everyday.

    it will help your stress and complexsion
