I have subs that cut out when i turn up my volume and when its low they play perfect?

Defiantly not enough power. I'm pretty sure that is it. Get a more powerful amp.

how are the subs hooked up. what ohm load?how is the amp installed? line out converter? deck? how is it grounded? what size power wire are you using. these are questions that are needed to answer your question correctly.

u proly hav them wired at the wrong ohms
