I have suede furniture bought from rooms to go is that the same as mircro suede or microfiber?

I also have multiple water spots from children, what is the best way to clean. I would like to put in washer but if I have water marks now, won't that make more or ruin the furniture?

You have to first find out what your material really is before you try to clean it.  From Rooms to Go it is most likely a microfiber but check with the store.  You should have tags under the cushions that tell you what the fabric is and how to clean it.  Regardless you can never put furniture fabrics in the washer.  They can be steam cleaned but the cushion fabric should not be removed from the cushion.
