  1. Regular coffee is good.  Just dont drink more than three cups a day tops.


  2. tea is a diuretic.

  3. Ice tea, lemon, water... avoid anything with sodium (i.e. diet sodas, etc.) and some sports drinks.

  4. Teas and coffees are diuretics.

    According to the 2nd listed reference below, potassium-rich food help too.  My favourite potassium-rich food include: bananas, raisins, figs.

    Put your feet up at the end of the day---pillows under heels for 15-30 mins.

  5. Dandelion is good for the kidney's and liver. It is a known herbal diuretic. you can get the tea or herbal extract.

    Parsley, asparagus, carrots, brussel sprouts, celery etc. drink plenty of water. Smart water is good to drink or just plain water. you body when reasurred that it will get adeguate hydration will start to release water, but you have to drink enough. stay away from the sodium and stay off your feet for a little while.
