Agree with Pangolin here. 5mg of Valium is an utterly tiny dose, 3 days is a very short period of time. The absolute worst I can imagine is a little trouble falling asleep for a day or two.

There will be no withdrawal (unless, as posted above, the Valium was to ease withdrawal from another drug).  That is a tiny dose of Valium, and 3 days is a very short time to have taken it.  If you mean, how long until you stop feeling the effects of the Valium, that may take a day or so.

I'm guessing the Valium is to treat withdrawal from another drug?  In that case it would depend.

You shouldn't be physically dependent at this point, so you shouldn't experience withdrawal.

Withdrawal from those dependent on benzodiazepines can cause seizures, and should be medically directed.
