I have never used them, but they may give you a good start.  Also in Hong Kong there is Crossroads (www.crossroads.org/hk) that some friends of mine went to.  They seemed to enjoy the work.

Very charitable of you.  

Dalai Lama needs a Buddist Temple to preach. He very dislike ones built by the Chinese. He would like one built in Washington DC. He needs someone lobbying Nancy Pelosy to agrree with the project. Would you like to join in for the effort ?
