Problem being that the new one is trying to take over. There are no major spats, just the normal ones. However my older cat is taking a back seat, and I don't want this to happen. I have been using Bach's Rescue Remedy. I put about a drop or so in the water, and also put a drop between the ears of the aggressive cat. Can I put this on any other part of her body, such as on her nose or paw? I thought it could absorb into her more readily. Any help would be greatly appreciated.I did everything the right way when introducing them(took my time, left them see each other through a screen door, etc) This new cat had a litter and was pregnant when I had her spayed on July 11.

  1. If he new cat is taking over, and the old one seems to want let her, don't worry. Cat society is weird and complex, and they'll soon reach an agreement. if the new cat has been a mother, she'll rank a bit higher than a neuter, so things should steady down when all the hormones have left her system.

  2. You can feed it directly... put it on your finger and force into mouth...

this will not help long term though.

The female is trying to be ALFA cat... and that is ok if the other one doesn't want to be.

YOU  can not determing which will be what.

I use to have 2 siamese cats and the oldest was the Beta and the younger was the Alfa... it was ok with them.

The only problem is YOU are objecting to this cat taking over from your Baby... that's natural... but just let it work it's self out... if there are no spats then they are ok with the situation.

    good luck >^..^<
