I have tally 5.0 want to import data from tally 4.5?

open tally 4.5 then open list of accounts, then export it to sdf format, then open day book change the period from 1st april to 31st march, it will display whole year day book, then export it in sdf format,
now open tally 5 or 5.4, make a company with the same name
now import masters (list of accounts)
then import vouchers(day book)
thats all
