  1. i have the same pr0blem..

i cant stop my self fighting back.. nagging.. (have to have the last word)

s0 what i do is.. when i notice that the situation is getting complicated, i tried to open another conversation or get out of the fight before it get worse! ...

c0z i knew that once my temper gets high.. i couldn't do anything about that anymore but be so angry..

and its better that the person around you knows your situation s0 as soon as your temper gets high, they'll help you chill..

thats what my uncle and cousin does to me!

if it didnt work for you.. better seek a professional to look after you!

  2. you should see someone before gets worse

  3. The next time you gonna slap or push her??  Think of this....

I'm sure you don't feel good at all?  And you wanna change this?

Else, you wouldn't be posting this question... right?

    Use another method...the cold treatment.

It angers the person more when he/she wanna pick a "fight"; yet you are not reacting to it :P

    Try it!! :D

  4. I have a brother and we go at it quite a bit. What I do  (I'm the oldest) is I either just ignore him and/or go and take a couple of deep breaths. That's what helps me.

  5. Seek Jesus.

    Look in a Bible.

If you don't know what to read, search for peace scriptures online.

Go to your local church and be welcomed into a peaceful atmosphere.

If you at one time want to talk to someone about it, even when you're not a christian, those people can help.

They are very understanding, and Jesus' love is sufficient enough for you.

There is nothing you can do, no sin to large, that can make you unforgivable in God's eyes.

You always have a second chance with him.

I used to be like you. Christianity does help.

If you think that christianity and church folks are only for old people who sing hymns, go to this website and hear inspirational youth music at a place called HILLSONG.

    or

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ktG8guf8j...

    there are heaps!

Search for hillsong on your search engines. (AMAZING STUFF)

search for other hillsong stuff on youtube.

To give you a background on hillsong:

it is a church in sydney (australia) that also has branches all around the world.

there is an annual conference in sydney, where 100s of 1000s unite to seek god.

    God bless,

    I hope you find him.

  6. Check out the website http://www.fhu.com and reserch the topic.

  7. i have severe temper problems that effected my job and marriage. could hold a job for more than 3 months before i exploded and got fired and i'm now divorced.  temper issues can be a variety of disorders.  for me it was a combination of bipolar and add, both of which have uncontrolled outbursts as a symtom.  i take meds now and am in control for the first time in my life and i'm middle aged now.  i did therapy for a while and it didn't help me.  when i'm in control i'm very reasonable.  to help, know what triggers you and avoid it as much as possible.  don't wait too long to get help. it won't get better as you get older.

  8. People always semm to push the wrong buttons. Stick your fingers in your ears and sing a ridiculous song usually that makes everyone laugh and defuses the situation. I think maybe your sis is wanting your attention and getting it anyway she can. Good luck
