  1. call a bankrupsy lawyer and file it athen start over, its not so hard! as soon as you file you will receice lots more credit card offers  than before as NOW they KNOW you have money, trust me!

  2. Yep, way too many of them, and most of them are garbage.  You should connect with one of the organizations affiliated with the NFCC, which is a national non-profit organization that provides resources to local non-profits who are reputable.

  3. Credit repair companies take money as fees that you could use to pay your debts.  How is this helpful?  Then they don't do anything that you couldn't do yourself for free.  Sometime they even try stunts that make your credit worse.

  4. you do not need those companies.  Al they will do is set-up payment plans for you and charge you a monthly fee.  You can do this yourself.

    1. Make contact with each

    2. Arrange payment plans

    3.STICK TO YOUR PAYMENT PLANS

OR... do not make contact and chip away at each line item, one by one... starting with your smallest debt. Put al of your efforts towards the smallest one, pay it off, then tackle the next smallest debt.  The others are not going anywhere and if you've got bad credit with them,  it serves no purpose to stretch out your money and you are barely making a dent in any of them... focus on one at a time!

  5. Have you paid off your debt?  If not, go to a Consumer Credit Counseling Service (they're a non-profit) and ask for help.  There is no fast and easy way to fix your bad credit - anyone who says otherwise is just conning you.  Especially those who offer to fix it for a fee.

First you have to pay off your debt.  Then you have to use one credit card responsibly - charge only what you can afford to pay back immediately, and pay the full balance each month.

    Good Luck!

  6. Best way to go is to just start paying it down.  If you plan it out and still fail then try hitting the credit resolution companies
