  1. Ear infection.

  2. Take an over the counter med for the pain and inflammation. It could be any number of things, none too serious, causing the pain and taking ibuprofen or something of that nature will allow you to get some sleep.

  3. Ear, Nose and Throat are very important parts of the body.

Instead of taking views and opinions from us, please consult an ENT specialist immediately. It looks you are suffering from sinus.

In the meantime as first aid i would advise you to apply some tiger balm, or vicks vaporub near the affected place.

  4.    Take some Advil.  Put heat on that side of your head.  Use a heating pad on medium if you have one.  If not, then soak a handtowel with hot water and ring it out, then put that on the side of your head.  Be careful not to leave the heat on too long or you will burn your skin.  You either have an ear infection or swimmer's ear.  Either way, you will need to see a doctor in the morning.
