  1. Reflexology is done to the feet, but is actually supposed to treat other areas of the body (much like acupressure) that supposedly correspond with certain points on the feet.

If you're having problems with your feet, you should try an orthopedic doctor, chiropractor, podiatrist, physical therapist, or even massage therapist.

  2. "Reflexology" is nothing more than an overpriced massage. there is no basis to the claims that it can treat illnesses. if your foot pain is relieved from reflexology it might have just been stress on either the nerves or muscles in your feet, at which point a cheaper foot rub would have done the same thing. either ask your hubby/BF to rub your feet or get a massage, if the pain comes back go to an actual doctor.

  3.    Do you wear different shoes regularly?  I have severe aching of my feet, ankles, depending on how long I had been on my feet  my back would just kill me! There was a pattern  to my misery. My shoes, never woulda thought?

Pay attention to which pair you have on when the pain is bad.

Google    ....Dr. Oz...  he swears by reflexology. .Oprah has him on regularly

  4. What is wrong with your feet.

Reflexology while they rub your feet it does not really help your feet.

you have nerve bundles throughout your body so depending on what is wrong is depending on where push.

most of the time is can be quit painful.

you might find it useful to get a good insole for your shoes.

a custom one is best but they cost a couple hundred $$

you could go to a pharmacy and buy a cheeper arch surport.

depending on what is wrong there are some exercises that you can do.

  5. try this, make some warm or medium hot water and put some soft soap or body wash in it. try using lavender or some oil like that in it too. then while soaking your feet try to stretch your toes and rub your foot it should help. and also buy some consoles to put in your shoes they help tons. they also make aloe infused socks , they work great
