I have the 10th pick in a 10 team yahoo draft. The other owners are reasonably knowledgable about fantasy football and football itself.

My strategy in the draft is more of value and my first plan is this

If Brady or Manning falls I'd pick (1)QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, WR with my first 6 picks.

If they don't I'd either pick (2)RB, WR, WR, RB, RB, QB or go (3)WR, WR, RB, RB, QB, WR

It's a standard point system as well. I have a feeling most of the RB's will go in the first round.

Which strategy makes more sense or in your opinion or how in your experience or opinion should I draft.

  1. Dont take brady or manning. Manning will still be there for you but his a mid-late 2nd rnd pick. on your next picks (30/31) Drew Brees will still be there and so will a good receiver. I would take Clinton Portis (WSH) and Marshawn Lynch (Buf). They should still be there for picks 10/11, if they're not you will be able to get other good RBs. Know the ADP for the players

  2. I would get Brady, not Manning, and use the sandwich pick to get either Randy Moss, or Terrell Owens

  3. you always want to go RB RB with your first two picks unless a stud like brady, manning, or moss are on the board at the time of your pick.  You will definitely get some value even though you have the last pick because you get the first pick in the second round.  Also the most successful players are the ones who watch who is on waivers.  Since you have the last pick, you can pickup whoever you want off of waivers since you are first in the waiver order.  Good luck on your upcoming season!

  4. No, take either two RB's or take One QB and One RB cuz after the 10th and 11th pick the next pick u would have is 30 and 31st if u dont take a RB in the 10th or 11th round all the good RB would be gone and you have no good RB. I would go with 2 RB, I would only draft a QB if Manning, Brady, Romo is on the board. other wise trust me go with two solid RB's

  5. You gotta take the best players that come to you.

I agree, you should take a wide reciever if Moss or Owens are available.

Take other players available in this order

    Brady

    Portis

    Manning

    Gore

    Grant
