I have the Blackberry Curve 8310 and I have A mac please help?

Question

Is it possible to get the songs from my itunes and upload it to my phone? I prefer to use my Mac if possible it does not have bluetooth but I do have the usb cable. I also have a laptop that I can use but I didnt want to go thrru the hassle of getting all the songs and sending to my lap top. But if I have to do that whats the best way to do get my songs from the Mac to the Laptop?

Please Help!
