I have the Hoover Deluxe

Question

I have the Hoover Deluxe Elite Rewind with the 24 ft cord reel. I can't seem to find the instructions or a model # exactly for it. The vacuum is just over a month old but when I turn it on now it's not sucking at the bottom and the hose and everything else appears to be attached so I don't know why it's not working.
