I have the Pinnacle version

I have the Pinnacle version 9.. I have made a movie with a bit of video and the rest is stilled photos. everytime i go to MAKE MOVIE a box pops up with RUNTIME ERROR.. ABNORMAL PROGRAM TERMINATION??? i did install the program on the c drive but have put the movie on the j drive ? should that make the difference??Urgent... Please can someone help??sandra
