I have the Sony Erricson C902 - how do you transfer music/pictures to and from the phone with a Mac computer?

I have the Sony Ericson C902 and i want to put music on the phone and take pictures off it, but how do i do this with my Mac computer because the PC Suite CD wont work with this computer??? Please help.
