You dont state your budget or age, but here are some ideas:

Make a coupon booklet with chores on the coupons. (dishes, laundry, bathrooms, wash the car, wash the dog etc) and let her use them whenever she needs a hand.

If you are older with money to spend, get her a day at the spa, like manicure/pedicure, massage, facial.

If you have young siblings, have them all do paint handprints on something she will cherish like a big pottery bowl, or get fabric paint and do an apron for when she's cooking.

The best gift I got for my mom was a mom's ring..it consists of the birthstones of all her children.. If you are an only sibling. Have your birthstone put in a ring with an engraving of your love for her.. Not expensive but means a lot. So far the best gift my son gave me was when he saved his money (He was only 14) and bought me a beautiful set of cubic zirconia earrings.. I treasure them to this day.
