I have the biggest headache right now? Please help?

Ok we don't have Tylenol pain releiver so what do i do?

sinus= hot shower/bath

tension= rub your temples or ice

dehydration= ice water and sleep

most common is sinus, you probably dont know what you have, but try those things until maybe on works.

You could try Peppermint Oil. I know it sounds crazy but it really works. Rub some on your fore head...Not a lot...just below the hair line and then rub some on your temples. That's for a headache tho not a sinus headache or infection.
