and my mom doesnt really know how to work it so, she accedently blocked a bunch of stuff! and now she cant remember the password! and now i cant watch my fav shows! and /she/wants to know if theres a way to like call the company and they can tell us the password or something! cuz like we can only watch pg stuff! how retarded is that? and yes my mom wants me to ask this!

I'm sure you can call the company for the password.  They'll probably have you get your bill or something and get a customer number and possible a security question to answer, but they can do it.
