I have the dreaded blue

Question

I have the dreaded blue screen on start up on my PC the stop is caused by a faulty device driver on the Kernal Stack. Error codes 0x000000C4 (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) It also tells me to disable BIOS memory caching and shadowing. The boot up in safe mode and scan by AVG showed virus's which have been deleted.sorry but I need help as I am unable to do any of this.thankyou
