I have the first pick in my NFL Fantasy Draft, who should I pick?

I know that the obvious #1 pick should be LT, the guy is incredible, but I think he may be in for a lack luster year yet again from his record breaking season 2 years ago.

Adrian Peterson has me nervous because he is known for injuries and I'm not sure if he'll live up to his expected hype.

I'm leaning towards Steven Jackson. The reason behind him is Al Saunders as the offensive coordinator in St. Louis. Saunders is known for producing a run attack from his time in Kansas City with Priest Holmes and Larry Johnson.

I'm still lost because I don't want to pass up LT or AP. Let me know what you think and who I should pick?

  1. It's the obvious pick for a reason. Pick LT. Then at least if he bombs (which he won't, provided he doesn't get hurt, but you can say that about anyone) you won't look like an idiot for trying to be smart.

  2. you need a good solid quarter back who gets a lot of passing yards. I would suggest peyton manning, h**l get you lots of points throughout the season. If not LT would be the next best choice.

  3. Steven Jackson is also an injury concern, he lost 4 games to injury las season, and in fact 5 out of the top 6 picks are. That is LT, AP, Jackson, Westbrook and Frank Gore, the safest in this sense is Joseph Addai.

Both LT and AP should be fine this year.

  4. I think that LT is the man to pick, even though he didn't have the best year last year....He is disgusted with his play from last year and is training extra hard this year to make it another record breaking year.

He has the skills and this year, he has his mind right.

AP will probably have a good year, but like you said.......almost not worth the injuries.

  5. Pick someone who will not get injured a lot like LT. You might want a QB in Tom Brady or Peyton. A good MLB in Urlacher or Merriman. There are a ton of options in WR like Moss, Johnson, and T.O.

  6. LT

  7. You should consider Adrian Peterson, he probably has the best offensive line in the NFL.

  8. Pick someone who will be solid throughout.  Don't get sucked into last years freakish numbers

you can get much information in this website, If you will check anyone blue link in website.

  10. Go for LT and pick Darren McFadden as your back up running back.

  11. If you are that concerned with LT or AP just trade down.  You can get Jackson at anywhere from picks 4-10 and I am sure you can get a kings ransom in either flipping other picks (2nd and 4th) or getting extra draft picks(mid round) for trading down.  If you really want Jackson this is the best way rather than reaching for him at #1 overall.

  12. try brian westbrook, hes still one away from th magical year of 30 so he has atleast one more good year in em, and he will get u reception points and receiving yards points too

  13. You can't go wrong either. But my opinion is AP. LT won't have as good as year as he usually does. And Adrian is still on the rise, i don't see him not doing good. Also, if you don't pick either them like you should, i would go with westbroook not jackson. Westbrook gets you so many reception yards too so he has a chance to touch the ball on every play.
