I have the flu...body aches?

Question

I am in a lot of pain. I can deal with all of the other flu symptoms. The body aches are literally making me crazy. I can't even rest. I can't stay in one position for any length of time. I've never in my life had body aches like this.

How do I get rid of body aches?

my fiance had the same flu. he was in unbearable pain. about 4 hours before bed take an Aleve. (dont skimp and buy asprin, aleve works the best and asprin actually will make your stomach bleed) Right before you lay down for bed take 2 advil PM's. The sleep medication will knock you out and the pain killers will numb everything. When you wake up take an aleve if you are still hurtin with a full glass of water. repeat until you feel better.

Try taking an advil for a few days.  If the pain continues talk to your doctor and he/she may give you a stronger pain medication.  Hope this helps!
