  1. turn off the kill switch to disarm the alarm.

  2. I had the same problem with my Xterra. I had to go to the dealer and pay the $100 for a new remote.

  3. That key is the valet key... Take it to a Honda dealer and they will make you a spare off of that key with the Electronic code built into it... Hope this helps

  4. the grey key is the VALET key..it only opens the doors. You should have -2- black keys that are smart keys..if not, then hit the dealer up for new ones...the VALET key isn't gonna do you any good.

  5. There should be a secret button inside your car. Disable it. Then again, you won't have an alarm.

  6. Use the valet key in the driver door to unlock the door. This should disarm the alarm.

The valet key can be used to open the doors without setting alarm off and drive the car.

  7. Take the car to a mechanic or the dealership and they can disarm the alarm permanently. Its easy. Or you can get a remote for it and use the alarm, remote is probably around $50 -$100.
