I have the magic jack/HELP Please!?

I have this product, just got it yesterday. I can call out but I cant recieve any calls??? Anyone know whats going on? And can this grandcentral.com work with my magicjack phone number? Help Please

go to the MJ website, scroll to the bottom and click on customer care, then click on magicFix....!

also, make sure you set up and other user account just for MJ, dont use the "admin" account...it wont work then....!

yes, we all use GrandCentral with our MJ...it works just fine...
