ok so I used to be "fat" and was desperate to lose weight. I was so desperate i tried anything. I used to starve my self for several days, over exercise and the only thing I would eat was 3 cheerios and a few weight loss pills. >.<. I know this sounds horrible...but I was desperate. I did this for a couple of years (on and off) I think and lost water weight which eventually all came back. But doing so I'm sure I messed up my metabolism bad. Because no matter what now I cant lose weight. So is there anything I can do now? Is there anyway to fix my metabolism, lose weight and...be healthy?
