Question:

I have the mile coming up and I'm not the best at running so i want to get in shape. Any tips?

  1. if your doing long distance, try jogging for as long as possible or else about an hour because i've heard it helps your blood flow and heart beat become steadier as you run a long time. keep driving your arms when you run too beause if you don't you'll get more tired and it'll drag on. drink lots of water since your running a mile, you won't get to stop for a drink whenever. be storng and don't give up. =)
