Normally you would be able to find the horse on a site like www.pedigreequery.com, but I cannot find a name listed for this filly at the moment.

Why not try calling the Australian Stud Book (I don't know the number, but you should be able to find it) and asking them.  I don't think they'd charge if you were just asking if a horse had been named yet.
