I have the new sidekick 2008 and it wont play my "New Message" ringer when I have a new Text Message...?

I have the new sidekick 2008 {Gekko} and when new messages come, I have it set up to where its suppose to say "NEW MESSAGE" and it has not done that yet. I wonder whats going on... If you can help me please let me know, I just got the phone yeterday.

what he means is that u have to press the @ key, 1 key and 0 key all at the same time...

this will make ur sidekick restart and it should be fixed if not u have to try it again and if it still doesnt work call the company and see if they can help u...

ok just restart your phone by press @10 it will set up the default ringtones than change it
