i cvan't find a link to registar online to pay a salute bill?

is their fees?are they a scam,or will my credit limit increase as promised?

there should be a link on the back of the card where you can register to do on line payments. If not, go to www.visa.com and see if ya can there. Or just call the phone number on back of the card and speak with customer service. Your credit limit will increase depending on payments being paid on time. Payment by phone does normally cost around $10.00. I have never been charged any extra when paying on line.
