I have the shows I want on my Zune but one of the episodes is not playing on the device?

This episode that didn't play one my zune device it plays on my zune page but when I try playing it on my device it says the item is missing or can't be played. I don't understand, It plays on my Zune page just fine but it won't play on my zune device the episode is on there but it just won't play could some one help me

Try deleting it from the device and resyncin it. When you resync it click on device>status and see if it actually puts it there. Sometimes the files get corrupted for no reason and resyncing usually fixes it.
