I have there small bumps on my hands and palms, what are they??

Just a couple of days ago I started to get these tiny itchy bumps on my hands and palms. After about a day or to they turn into small blister and I can pop them. Can anyone tell me what this is and how to get rid of them?

heat bumps, they are caused from too much acid in your system, to get rid of them lay off OJ, tomato products, drink tons of water, eat plain rice or a bake potato, that should make things nuetral
