I have these lumps (like pimples) grow around my genital area. Anyone know what they could be?

Best way I can describe them is. They're almost like pimples or razor bumps, but bigger. I know this is gross, but they're like pimples, like I can pop them. I know it's not an STD because i've been getting them since before I even had s*x. I have always been too embarrassed to tell my parents to take me to see a doctor. Anyway, they're about as painful as a pimple. Sometimes they're the size of pimples, and sometimes their a lot bigger. When I first started getting them, they're be big and white stuff would come out of them (with a strand of hair in it) Could this be something serious? Contagious? They go away, and then come back.

If a strand of hair comes out it's an ingrown hair.  Otherwise it sounds like acne.  Neither sound like a big deal.

Well...I was going to say you might have warts which is a form of HPV but when you said hair comes out of them...you might just get a lot of ingrown hairs. Trim down there and don't wear such tight underwear or pants. See if this helps and if it doesnt then go to the doc

sounds like genital warts. You can have genital warts without having s*x. Genital warts are basicall just warts that grow on the genital area. You can get genital warts by just touching a scrape or scratch with a finger that has a wart that was leaking out liquid to your genitals. Go talk to your doctor.

it sounds like spots, if they are hurting i'd tell your parents about them just to be on the safe side and book an appointment with the doctor.Dont be shy, they do this sort of hing all the time. it could even end up being nothing serious but better safe then sorry .

I think it sounds like ingrown hairs. I get small little pimple looking bumps sometimes, usually right around wear my underwear elastic is. I don't know if it's caused by chaffing or what, but they always seem to go away if I wear boy shorts instead of panties for a day or so.

I doubt it's anything serious. I get my annual checkups and STD screens and am healthy, so I'm sure you are too.

They are not herpes or warts sweety. They are pimples or an ingrown hair that keeps growing in wrong. Nothing to be embarrassed about. They can be caused by hormones. I got them after I had my son. Some even had white stuff coming out and you are right. They are gross and they hurt. They will go away once your hormones calm down.

Use peroxide on them to help dry them out and pop them when they're ready to get popped. The fluid inside them is what makes them so painful and is full of bacteria. The sooner you get rid of them, the sooner you'll be pain free.

You don't need a doctor unless one of them becomes infected. Just another reason to use peroxide on them. Peroxide will help draw out any infection and bacteria.

Its either herpes or ingrown hairs.  Consult a doctor.  You don't have to have s*x to get herpes, you can them places like toilet seats. ew.

it might be an ingrowing hair or warts. Why dont you go to the doctor and get it checked out.
