  1. Maybe low on B vitamins...or maybe you burnt your tongue with some hot food?

  3. You should check webmd.com. I just looked up your symtoms and its most likely a burn or you could be having anxiety.

  4. i had this before there is nothing to worry about . you dont need a docter its just a thing that people get when there not eating to healthy

    Sores on the tongue can be caused by allergic reactions, oral herpes simplex virus infection, canker sores, tuberculosis, bacterial infections, or early-stage syphilis. Sores can also be caused by allergies or other immune system disorders.

  7. Did you eat something hot a little while before these bumps showed up?

    That might be the cause.

  8. Did you eat something that was very HOT (not in spice but temperature)?  They could be blisters from eating hot foods.
