I have these rigid bumps on my crack?

I went to the doctor to make sure it wasnt herpes or genital warts, but my results were negative...i dont have enough money to go see a dermatologist. The bumps are alittle red but they dont hurt or have any symptoms. They have been there for at least two weeks..... They are in the same place where u get rubbed raw from sweat, lower buttocks area where my two cheeks come together.....

It could be that you're just chaffed or it also could be from shaving, trimming or waxing.

If it's an ingrown hair some antiseptic medicine should help, like neosporin.

yeah, I get those often when I forget to shower for a two days. it's because of what you said, sweat and dirt. you just need to wash yourself more there, and they'll go away soon.
