I have these two little red bumps on the middle of my finger?

any idea what it could be? they dont really bother me, but i just hope its nothing bad? there on the inside of my middle finger.... Anything?

Poison Ivy?  Poison Oak?  Bug bite?  Or a viral infection.  If they start burning tomorrow or the next day, get to your doctor asap because its probably viral and you will need an antibiotic.  Don't wait because the infection spreads quickly.  Good luck!
