I have these visions things!!!! Help?

Well ive been having these vision like things, where in the vision it feels like the event already happened in the past. One time I saw me swinging at a park with this one girl, but we were crying? I knew it happened! Is this normal, but im not for sure if it happened

i also believe in past lives... perhaps its something that happened to you before in another life and you are just now remembering it.

I do believe in past lives. If your dream had really vivid colors,and it felt real and different from any other dreams that you had before : it could be one of your past lives. It is completely normal.

That is so interesting!  Perhaps you have a twin soul somewhere who is sending messages to you.... nah...

If these visions block out what you are seeing in the present moment or put you in physical danger, as in seeing a vision while you are crossing the road, then I suggest that you see your doctor GP about it so that something can be done about them.
