There are these evil thoughts that wont stop bothering me, that keep saying random stuff in my mind, like, you like your own cousin? Or stuff like that, and I try to fight it, but It won't go away. Is there a way to make it go away?

i've had the same thing. In my experience the problem is likely an inner response from a part of the individual that needs growth, and that the person needs to either tell someone they trust really well if they feel comfortable or tell a professional somewhere about the problem. prayer helps a lot for me I advise it. the root of the problem could be in the brain somehow or it could be beyond that, so its best to seek all avenues of help available. One thing thats helped me is not to fight against what I don't want to think but to focus on what I do want to think, be and experience. whenever i get a bad thought, i advise
1) Don't fall into guilt or feeling you're a failure. you're not.
2) realize that the thoughts are unwanted but are not leaving
3) do not give into what the thoughts are saying about your character ie - you want a family member or any other thought of perversion. Right and wrong are evident to you and you want the right thing, therefore that is your true character.
4) focus on who you really are, and who God has made you to be. Focus on what you like to think, feel and be. Focus on what you love for yourself, not what your thoughts say you are...
5) get in touch with God and spend time with yourself doing things you enjoy. get involved in life and do not accept defeat and diminishment. Think Big, don't think defeat. God gives a spirit of courage and strength so whatever this experience is it is not of God.
you are not your thoughts. our minds like to create an idea of who we are as individuals sometimes that is false. for example an anorexic who thinks she's fat but is actually skin and bones.
hope this helps in some way.
