I have this bracelet with little white plumeria flowers and pink stones in it. I put it in bleach and now...?

it looks like pewter!? It looked a little dull and dirty so I thought bleach would clean it up like it does clothes. Boy was I wrong, it completely changed the way it looks. Is there any way to get it back to the way it was. It was white little flowers and it looked like real silver but now I think it must not be because it's shine is completely gone!

ummm....you should try tooth paste or lime but i dont think that will work!

i would say lemon juice or olive oil! theyre really good at making things shiny! idk if its the same as laundry detergent but when i washed my gold necklace it got ruined and it bought one of those little gold polishing kits and it looked a littler better

A really really long time ago when I was a teenager, I tried something similar. I used a cleaner that had ammonia in it, and the ring I wanted to clean was this cheap little plastic thing with metal etchings on it.  Well it dulled the metal and I used everything to try to make it shiny again but nothing worked.  I used vinegar, toothpaste, other jewelery cleaner, but nothing.  I'm sorry but I think you ruined your bracelet!  Dont ever use bleach for jewelery, jewelers often tell people to take off their gold jewelery before going into the pool bc it will ruin the gold in time.  Next time, just use good old fashioned hand soap

Why would you think to put it in Bleach ? ...no I'm sorry it can't be fixed you ruined it . Never use bleach on jewlery . Only jewery cleaner and that only if it's real and expensive , if not it will melt it .
