I put Dr. Muglunties Miracle Oil on it (something my great grandfather gave me around 20 years ago, before he passed) but it still is not healling. It's been about 3 weeks now, I try to change the bandage often, but you know, sometimes I forget, but there is one good thing about it. It's starting to smell like almonds, that must mean it's healling right?

  1. when you have a cut it is good to keep it dry it is also good to elevate it above the heart and not to bandage it all day

  2. Well Dr. Mugluntie was an idiot if that helps and so are most of the people in this world, first since I can't see that cut but know that you've had it for like 3 weeks now I'm going to guess that it was pretty deep but not deep enough for stitches and I"m also going to guess that you're pretty active considering that you seem to forget about it.  Since it's obviously not bleeding anymore because you would've exsanguinated and died weeks ago, I'm going to tell you flat out to take the d**n bandage off, be careful not to further the injury and clean it daily when you shower (I really hope you shower every day), stay away from anything petroleum based and use antibiotic ointments like Neosporin or bacitracin sparingly, (they're not all that good for you)... hope this helps and if in a week it still hasn't made any progress you need to follow-up with your primary care physician.

  3. take the bandaid off forever, and put neosporin on it, idk if that 20 year stuff with still work....you cant even find it on google
