the dude on the dvd does the moves to fast and i cant learn the style

You can only mimic moves on videos. To learn you need a qualified instructor.  If you don't believe me. Show me one good fighter that taught himself without studying under someone that is really good.

Why do so many people waste money on at home teaching aids, when they can and should go to a real school to be "INSTRUCTED" by an INSTRUCTOR. You can't be instructed by a non-interactive media!

Look most of these things are scams anyways. You think some dude is going to teach you something it took 20+++ years to learn because you sent him $20 in the mail? NO, he is only going to wet your mouth enough for you to buy more of his c**p!

Get a teacher!
