I have this frequent dream that reoccurs. i've had this dream for about 5 years now and i have no clue?

what it means. here is what i dream:

im in a white room that has endless space, all the sudden my body feels trapped almost like im clastorphobic. Then all the sudden, i feel as though im sinking in and all the walls are escaping me and the room is getting wider and wider. What the h**l am i dreaming?
