  1. I had something similar for years and it turned out to be a giant ingrown blackhead. What finally caused it to go away was I quit drinking cola and used what they call a drawing salve made from oil and tobacco juice that is real hard to find any more in regular drug stores. Some one recently did tell me you can find it in mexican drug stores. it works good!

  2. Does anyone else in your family have it?  Unfortunatley, I have it too and so do 2 of my 4 kids.  My father and my grandmother have it.  Its your spine, nothing wrong but I know the feeling.  When I try to put my hair up and have a nice dress that's just straps, it makes me self-conscious.  Hope this helps.  Oh, and it won't go away dear.

  3. Good for you that you are being so serious, dedicated and proactive in your desire to to loose weight and be healthy. All of the things you are doing will help you acheive that goal as long as it continues to be a regular part of a continual lifestyle change. Remember that once you go back to the old, bad habits, it is only a matter of time before your body will begin to go back to being overweight and unhealthy again. That being said, I do not believe it is a lump of "fatty tissue" from being overweight, but instead believe that it could be a symptom of an underlying physical/hormonal imbalance and that you might be dealing with a certain medical condition called "cushing's syndrome" or another name for it is also "cushing's hump" Look up the website on this condition and read up on the symptoms and causes. You can also observe the multiple photo's of other's who have dealt with it as well. (this will give you a better idea of what the hump looks like for comparison) The main cause is an over stressed, over worked adrenal/pituitary gland. Are you, or have you been extremely stressed or anxious for most of your life. Do you live in a stressful environment or lifestyle? Do you have a hard time dealing/coping with your stressful situations?  Try Doing some research on a few websites and if you think you might be dealing with this condition then make an appt. to  go see a doctor of chiropractic that also deals with nutritional deficiency's. Do not get overly concerned about it and keep on making wise and healthy choices and I think you will be on the track to getting your overall health/desired body size back in no time. You should feel very proud of your accomplishments already and I personally wish you the BEST of luck and hope you acheive all of your healthy body goals! Feel free to contact me for any further information or just some support!

P.S. It  CAN and WILL eventually go away when your body is balanced nutritionally and you give it some time to reverse and heal!
