Check out the scrap booking section in your local craft store they have a lot of navy stickers ;)))

Have you researched the model, and what the history is? Is it a military boat, or a civilian boat, and of what era? Do that, then you can address decorations confidently at most hobby shops, especially those that advertise that type of activity (which does include on line stores as well as in your local area).
