I have this neighbor and he annoys me every-time I go out he bothers me

this happens every time i go outside and he follows me around my yard and we have a fence and I go into the backyard and in front of my backyard is not his property and he follows me there. What should I do?

DO SOMETHING THAT MAKES HIM NOT WANT TO SEE YOU DOING IT, SCARE HIM MENTALLY.

tell your parents and have them talk to the boy parents.let them know the boy is bothering you.

Ignore him.  Nosey neighbors are good in the long run because they will watch your house when your not home.
