  1. Get a card reader, they are cheap and very handy to use. You would put the card from your camera in the reader and open the reader as a drive in MyComputer, then also open MyDocuments/MyPictures and drag and drop your photos into the

    file and then drag and drop/copy paste your videos into MyVideos/ (a file you name).

    Once you get the video onto your PC, you them need a good editing program that will recognize digial camera video, usually a .mov file. Windows movie maker will not work. Pinacle studio 11 ultimate will work but I'm sure there are other programs.


  2. Do you try downloading with the software that came with the camera? If yes try to navigate to the camera directly by double clicking "my computer" and then look for a removeable drive. Navigate through the folders for files with someting like .avi or .mov as ending. those should be your videos and copy them to your computers hard disk drive.

    Read the manual.
